According to CBS.nl (central bureau of statistics) daily 2.275.000 people travel by public transport. To keep the travellers happy the system has to be reliable, but also has to give their customers a sense of temporary comfort. I found out that even though train, trams, busses and metro’s have a similar appearance on the outside (and for a large part on the inside as well), the appearance of the seats seem to not be very consistent. Which, when put side by side, makes a playground-like impression.
